You decide what AI sees. The recordings list is easier to use.

MAX whisper: Helix transcript with a red underline on an email and phone, folders in the sidebar.
Helix — Friday close. Max underlines the email and phone. Nothing is hidden yet.
MAX whisper: Privacy Review sheet with emails, phones, and tokens checked.
Privacy Review. You check what AI must not see.

  • Privacy Review

    On your Mac, Max flags things you may want to keep from AI — phone, email, and the like. You check what to hide. Nothing disappears on its own.

  • A hint, not a strikethrough

    A hit gets a red underline and a banner at the top. Strikethrough only after you click Hide.

  • A short note for AI, or a dash

    AI sees a marker such as [removed; phone, pattern match] — or just an em dash — never the secret.

  • Folders in the recordings list

    Group files, drag between folders, rename.

  • Easier recording clicks

    A larger hit area. The list no longer feels stuck.
